Dear friends of correspondence chess and all those who can become one,
the EmailChessPoint hereby invites you to the 2024 cup tournament (playing time from 01.12.2024 - 5 rounds).
Anyone who can send and receive emails and who enjoys chess can play. Excluded are players who have tacitly withdrawn from a game or from several games without the permission of the tournament director in the period 01.12.2023 to 30.11.2024.
Tournament director is Wolfgang Grimm. Cup sponsor is Heiko Hoffmann.

The game will be played in a knockout system, 1 game per round. In the case of a draw, the lot decides who progresses.
The pairings will be drawn anew in each round among all participants of the round.
Registration is via the web form or by email to wolfg@gmx.eu, stating your real name and email address.
The number of participants is limited to 32. The last opportunity to register is on 20 November 2024. Registrations may be withdrawn until 20 November 2024.
The winner receives the trophy. In the event of a draw in the final game, a further game will be played with the colours swapped. In the event of a draw in this further game, the winner of the trophy will be decided by drawing lots.
